Survey Results + Competition Winner

We take a look at the results of the recent Customer Satisfaction Survey - and also announce the winner of the $100 Coles Myer Gift Voucher.
Thank you, with sincere gratitude, to each and every one of you that took the time to answer the recent Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Gaining insight and feedback helps us to continue to improve not only on our product offering but on how we support you as a business to meet the needs of your customers.
With the Survey now closed, we wanted to share a top-line update of the results with you, and across the coming weeks leading into the new year, we’ll be looking at how we can implement some of the suggestions that have been put forward.
Customer Service & Business Development Team
We’re incredibly humbled with the responses to both of these categories, with 98% of respondents strongly agreeing that their K Care contact is helpful, knowledgeable, and responds in a timely manner. This is an area of the business we are always striving to strengthen, with continual training and mentoring opportunities for our team, so they can better assist you.
Marketing
80% of responses strongly agreed with the need for K Care to provide printed catalogues and brochures, a resounding answer to a question that we continuously ask ourselves, and in hearing your responses, printed catalogues and brochures are remaining a constant for K Care. However, it’s been stated that there needs to be more detail in the product specs, a suggestion we’ve heard and will be looking to implement moving forward.
Website
The K Care website questions received a 50/50 split, with half of the respondents stating pricing needed to be included and the website was the main go-to for product information, with the other 50 strongly disagreeing on both accounts.
Products
Overall product feedback was extremely positive - with over 97% positive responses to quality, pricing, range, availability, and freight timeliness.
Training
This was a mixed bag! It was really interesting to see the split between onsite training and zoom training preferences, and while 95% of you who have experienced training through K Care expressed the training programs are of benefit to your team, there was a percentage of people that haven’t accessed this offering.
Further training and an enhanced connection the industry is an initiative we’ll be looking to strengthen into the coming year.
