Merits Mansfield Warehouse Relocation

We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding the Merits Mansfield warehouse.

As part of our commitment to enhancing our services and creating efficiencies within our business operations, we are excited to announce that the Merits warehouse will be relocating from Mansfield to a new facility at Lytton.

Effective 25^th March 2024, the new address for the Merits warehouse will be:

K Care Healthcare Solutions
Building 2, 142-150 Benjamin Place 
Lytton, Qld 4178

Please note that this facility is also the sales and distribution site for K Care Healthcare Solutions in Queensland.

This strategic move aims to create operational efficiencies within our business, ultimately leading to improved support and services for our valued customers. We believe the new location will provide a more streamlined process, ensuring you receive your orders promptly and experience minimal disruption.

We would like to assure you that despite the location change, the dedicated team at Merits remains unchanged. You can continue to reach out to them using the same email addresses and contact numbers. 
Our commitment to providing excellent service and support for the Merits range of products remains unwavering.

We commence the warehouse transition process on Monday, 18th March. Our extensive transition planning aims to minimise service disruption, and we appreciate your patience while undertaking this critical business move.
