K Care acquires Merits Australia

With great excitement, we announce the acquisition of Merits Australia into the K Care Healthcare business, effective as of 28th September 2023.

We welcome an amazing Merits Australia team and introduce industry-leading Merits and Rothcare brands, products, services, and knowledge into the K Care business.
 
The Merits Australia business has been operating for 20-plus years with previous owners Ian and Yvonne Rothall and the dedicated Merits Australia team, who have worked incredibly hard to get the company to where it is today.
We extend warm congratulations and wish Ian and Yvonne all the best for their future.

It is business as usual for Merits Australia, which will continue to promote the same brands and offer the same quality products and services.
